The property also enjoys a private, heated, outdoor pool, with a spacious sunbathing area, a jacuzzi and a small gym.

Designed for alfresco living there is also a summer-covered kitchen with a large dining table, a barbecue, an outdoor chess set and a small vegetable garden. For complete privacy, the roof terrace enjoys uninterrupted views of the surrounding olive trees, lavender and nearby vineyards.

Inside the spacious, open-plan living area is stylishly furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen HD-TV, a Play Station 5, a dining table for eight and a high-specification kitchen, fully fitted with; an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge freezer. There is also a small study.

For security, there is an intercom at the entrance to the garden and a video surveillance camera installed at the entrance to the parking area.

Location

Located in a quiet, rural area in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula, the property is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, historic sites and charming villages. The surrounding countryside is perfect for cycling and hiking, with numerous trails that offer beautiful views of the region.

The picturesque old town of Labin (an 8-minute drive) is a must-visit for history and architecture lovers. It is home to numerous museums, art galleries and beautifully preserved medieval buildings. There are also several vineyards and wineries nearby offering wine-tasting tours and visits.

With its crystal-clear waters and white pebbles, the beautiful beach of Rabac is only a 15-minute drive away. From here there are several boat tours available that will take visitors along the Istrian coast, visiting hidden coves and islands, and offering opportunities for swimming and snorkelling.

The closest international airport is Pula (PUY), located approximately a 45-minute drive away.
