Constructed in rustic elegance in 2009 and transformed into a lavish holiday haven through a comprehensive renovation in 2022, Villa Sambucus offers a spacious 178 m2 for your indulgence. The total property area spans 1202 m2, and the villa boasts full air-conditioning. Located just 15 km from the nearest sea, the delightful beach town of Poreč awaits your exploration.

Villa Sambucus accommodates a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 guests, distributed across 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. One bedroom features a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm, while the other bedroom contains a king-size bed of the same dimensions that can be separated into two single beds measuring 90x200 cm each as needed.

Upstairs, guests can enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm and a comfortable sofa bed for two measuring 160x200 cm, as well as its own bathroom with a shower.

The fourth bedroom, located at the entrance, offers a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm and its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower with a curtain.

The exquisitely adorned living room beckons with two sofas, a coffee table, two seating areas, and a romantic fireplace. Adjacent to the living space, the dining room hosts a table for 8, complemented by a modern kitchen equipped for preparing delightful meals.

Step onto the outdoor terrace to encounter a 32 m2 pool with a 1.5 m depth. The sun deck, adorned with 8 deck chairs, provides an ideal spot for relaxation and sun-soaked enjoyment. Enhance your culinary skills with the outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
