The Space:

Located in the heart of Istria, Villa Veromi is an authentic stone villa blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The ground floor offers an open living space with a kitchen, dining area, lounge, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, and laundry facilities. The upper floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy a covered terrace with a barbecue, a private swimming pool which can be heated upon request, a garden, and a gym, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full private access to Villa Veromi. This includes the entire house, the garden, swimming pool, and gym. You also have exclusive use of the covered terrace and outdoor kitchen. Four parking spaces are provided on the premises for your convenience.

Villa Veromi in the village of Orbani is a peaceful Istrian retreat. Its location is ideal for relaxation while remaining near historic towns, museums, and outdoor trails. Perfect for families and adventurers, the area offers activities like horseback riding, climbing, and water sports. Whether you seek local cuisine or village serenity, the villa is an excellent base for your getaway.



Getting Around:

Villa Veromi is in the village of Orbani and is best explored by car due to limited public transport. A vehicle allows you to enjoy nearby historic towns and coastal areas at your own pace. We provide four private parking spaces on the premises. Pula Airport is the nearest major hub and is about forty minutes away by car. We recommend renting a car or booking a private transfer for a comfortable journey to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

Please complete mandatory online check in before arrival with identification.

Check in is daily from 16:00 to 21:00 and check out is by 10:00.

Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 10:00.

Smoking and pets are prohibited.

The villa provides air conditioning, parking, internet, linen, and towels.

The private pool is open from May to November.

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Pool heating is available for 30 EUR per day from April to mid June and late August to November.
