Picturesque villa with pool for 10 people

Villa My Koltrina is located in a quiet village in the heart of Istria, surrounded by pure nature and yet only 15 km from the coast.
Inside you will be pleasantly surprised by a fresh, modern and luxurious interior with spacious, light-filled rooms. You will not lack anything in the house, it is well equipped.
On the first floor there is the living room with dining area and open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the second floor there are 3 more bedrooms (each with a double bed or 2 single beds) with their own bathrooms. In 2 bedrooms an extra bed can be placed. In the attic there is also another room with a sofa bed. Thus, the villa is suitable for up to 10 people. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The living room, the bathrooms and the spa and fitness area are also equipped with underfloor heating.
In the basement of the house is the spa and fitness area with whirlpool, another bathroom, a fitness room with numerous sports and play equipment and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
From the covered terrace with the large dining table and outdoor kitchen you have a beautiful view of the well-kept garden with the pool.
Groceries and fresh bread you can get in Juršici (3.5 km). There is also a restaurant here.
The metropolis of Istria Pula is only 20 km away from the house, to the pearl of the Adriatic, the picturesque town of Rovinj, it is about 30 km. To the sea it is 15 km. Here, wide beaches at the beautiful coastal town of Fazana invite you to sunbathe and swim.
