The villa is located in a small village called Bibici, only 3 km away from the town of Svetvinčenat - cultural center of Istria, medieval castle known for its history and many summer events.Villa St. Vinzent can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there are living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and extra bed, one room with sofa bed and bathroom. On the first floor there is one bedrom with en-suite bathroom.In a spacious yard (1200 m2) there is a swimming pool (25 m2), deck chairs, fireplace and outdoor dining area.
