“The cottage is cosy and warm and has all the necessary facilities to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the shower has good pressure, the beds are comfortable and the Netflix (and lots of other channels) worked well. The wifi reception isn’t super strong however it worked fine. There are lovely walks from the property and Neath is close by. There is comprehensive info on local shops, history and restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend.”

“The place was filthy! Whilst the bedding looked like it'd been changed, and fresh towels had been laid, nothing else had been cleaned. There was dog fur and hair all over the floors, the kitchen and all the plates/ cutlery were greasy, and the toilets hadn't even been flushed since they were last used! We also arrived to a broken (low battery) fire alarm. We were staying with our baby. When we enquired about fixing it, we were told to take the battery out or ignore it, with a promise it'd be...

“Good, but wasn’t made clear when we booked it that there were several other properties in the complex, had it have done we probably wouldn’t have booked this property , that said there was no such issue and was very quiet, but we did go to a similar setting several years ago and there were parties in a couple of them and turned into a nightmare.”
