The luxurious living areas have been cleverly designed on the top floor, taking full advantage of the surrounding scenery and the large balcony is the perfect place from which to enjoy glorious sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen features impressive, vaulted ceilings, a 5-hob Rangemaster cooker and an induction hob at the breakfast bar. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully decorated and designed with comfort in mind.
The property itself sits on the edge of Pennard Golf Club and is within walking distance of Pobbles and Three Cliffs Bay. Both beaches are flanked by dramatic limestone cliffs and lined with golden sands - a great setting for a picnic or walk along the shore, especially on a clear day when you can look out to Oxwich Bay. Enjoy a bite to eat at the popular Three Cliffs coffee shop (0.6 miles) after exploring the early 12th century ruins of Pennard Castle or join the Wales Coastal Path and take in the stunning cliff top views.
