The parking and deck were selling points.Check-in was very easy, Mark provided codes for a keyless entry. There is a small parking spot at the back of the building for dropping off your items; the included parking spot is just down the block. “Very convenient to seeing Bristol as right in centre of town with nice view over the harbor. Studio was very clean and well kept up, with good space and a sizable kitchen/eating area. Perfect for two, but we had our son on the sofa bed which also worked well. Nice little veggie garden surrounding entrance.”

Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future”

“All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.”
