Pensionat i Sway

“Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order.”

“Had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and lifesaving portable air con Very nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities excellent. The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property.”

“Beautiful period property, excellent value for money, very safe. The room, shared bathroom and shower room were all very clean and well maintained. The restaurant/cafe serves delicious home-cooked food. I was initially concerned this was going to be ‘too cheap’ but actually it was really lovely. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely Perfect in every way possible. Spacious Room with a Very Comforable King size bed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The owner was very hospitable and most welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, couldn't ask for more in a place to stay.”

“The place was advertised as taking payment on site. A totally uninterested lazy and rude person appeared at the “hotel” and refused to give access to the room without proof of prepayment. He couldn’t take card payment and refused cash payment. Instead of making efforts to recieve payment he started to eat and kept saying ”you pay - I give you the code to the door” and still didn’t make any attempt to arrange for payment to be made. We left and found a normal hotel instead. This fleabag place...

“Stayed one night. Wished for two single beds, but got a double. Bed in itself was comfortable but we still couldnt sleep. There were sounds from the ac even though we had turned it off. No view, the windows were covered. Bathroom had a tub and a gand shower but it was impossible to stand up straight and shower due to the roof. There was also no curtain. We had Full English Breakfast and it was the worst we have ever had: toast was burnt, saussage was cold, the beans were lukewarm, the fried...

“I got to the facility and it was being lived in. The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail. Not an experience that I would wish for anyone They told me I need to contact you to get a complete refund made payable to the account I paid you from Many thanks Colin Burnhams bc901054@gmail.com Tel 07909981811”

“First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left...

“Amazing place to stay! Will definitely be booking again when I come back to Hampshire”

“It is a lovely place, the staff is amazing. Very friendly and service minded. The breakfast was delicious! But, the room is very cold, only kne radiator for multiple rooms, old windows letting in all the cold. Worst was that there were no heating or power outlets in the bathroom. Super cold! And a very big spider lived there... I ate dinner one evening at the mansion, it was not worth the money. Minute steak and some fries for 20 pounds. Took 5 seconds to eat. No taste. ”
