“From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us all. Five rooms for family wedding all lovely, spotless and beautifully decorated. we will defo be back!!”

“On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night”

“Central location. Room was lovely. Modern fixtures and fittings. Comfortable bed. TV reception wasn't great but probably not the hosts fault. ”

“Stayed one night. Wished for two single beds, but got a double. Bed in itself was comfortable but we still couldnt sleep. There were sounds from the ac even though we had turned it off. No view, the windows were covered. Bathroom had a tub and a gand shower but it was impossible to stand up straight and shower due to the roof. There was also no curtain. We had Full English Breakfast and it was the worst we have ever had: toast was burnt, saussage was cold, the beans were lukewarm, the fried...

“It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK ”

“Hotellet ligger nära tågstationen och ca 10 minuters promenad från centrum. Jag bokade ett superior-rum vilket var lagom stort. Frukosten var bra och personalen trevlig. Det som saknades var ett låsbart förvaringsskåp på rummet.”
