“Very close to the centre of Kielce ”

“We booked the hotel al la last minute, just 3 hours before we arrived. So we were happy that we both got a room. Very crowded in the restaurant due to som kind of congress. We could not eat in the main restaurant but had our evening meal in a nearby room. One of the waitresses told us that the restaurant was full, but when I pointed to the extra room we could get a table. Food ok, but nothing to write home about. The room is ok, but don't open the window(s) the smell outside is unbearable due to...

“Great hotel and rooms, though air conditioner didn’t work in the room. Quite far from restaurants, if you want to go outside the hotel. Not much to do around the area. Nice spa and treatments in-house. ”

“The service was excellent, the staff is exceptional. We were leaving in the morning for a train to Krakow and the staff made us sandwiches for the road. ”

“The room was nice and clean. There was no soap it the soap dispensers, but there was shampoo so I could use that for washing my hands. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I came just when it opened and there was no coffee yet, but the juice was good and the bread was fresh. Overall a nice stay!”
