The back yard was especially enjoyable and a perfect place to relax after a long drive. The host was absolutely incredible and accommodating with perfect recommendations for our time there. “From my initial questions before booking, all the way through checking out, our communication with the hosts was perfect. The home itself was in the perfect location for us. Right on a calm part of the Truckee River and placed wonderfully past the Y, before the hustle and bustle of being further in town, yet close to everything you'd want/need via and short walk/drive. “This property accommodated our large group of 6 adults, 2 teens, and 5 kids. It was nice to have plenty of room for our 3 vehicles. Everything was clean and the host was responsive and accommodating. We got good use out of the kitchen and it was convenient to have laundry available. There was no AC so it got a little warm, but some fans were provided and opening the windows in the evening helped cool the house down.”

“Had a few issues with checkin, the fireplace going on and off, the tv not working consistently, and a piece on the hot tub being broken, but overall the place was really nice and what we expected. Super cute and the team was friendly. The check in instructions could be more clear and a note that no cell service will be available at the spot until connected to the internet. The home was adorable and worked well for what we needed. ”
