Annandale is a highly sought after locale for Sydneysiders and visitors alike due to it's relaxed and peacful surroundings while also being ideally positioned to visit the CBD or various parts of the Inner West of Sydney. Annandale also boasts a vibrant main street with an array of cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs throughout it. There is even a second hand district close-by which is very popular with locals. There is Jubilee Park ligh-trail station a 10 min walk away which will take you into the CBD via the new Fish Markets and Pyrmont.

Our home is perfectly configured for small groups and families with an easy flowing layout. As you first enter, there is a TV room complete with a period fireplace and vibrant stain glassed windows. As you follow down the hallway, the 2 Queen bedrooms are side by side before you enter the combined living dining and kitchen area, which opens with french doors to a patio area. We have a large bathroom that has both a seperate bathtub and shower.

Our fully paved back garden has outdoor furniture for your group to enjoy and is surrounded by lush plants.

We have a complete and fully equipped kitchen ready to use and a full laundry available in the back garden also.
