Hotellet var bra och vi var riktigt nöjda under första veckan av de två vi tillbringade där. Sedan började man tröttna på att wifi inte fungerade som det skulle och det var ytterst sällan man kunde använda det ordentligt vilket är enerverande när man ska vara där i två veckor och det är i ett land som man omöjligt kan använda mobilsurf i utan att det kostar lika mycket som flygbiljetten. Sedan var det en händelse under andra vecka som drar ner betyget rejält, brandlarmet går klockan 00:30 på natten till torsdag. Alla gäster utrymmer. Ingen från hotellet är där och ingen vet vad som ska göras. Vi provar att ringa akut-numret till hotellet som står på ytterdörren. Det numret ska man till exempel använda om man blir utelåst efter klockan 21 på kvällen då receptionen stängt. När man ringer det numret så går inte en signal fram, det telefonnumret är inte i bruk. Någon ringer brandkåren och eftersom brandstationen ligger två kvarter från hotellet blir det tydligt att brandlarmet inte är kopplat till brandkåren eftersom det skulle ta en minut för de att komma till hotellet. Sedan dyker det upp någon som verkar vara vaktmästaren på hotellet eller dylikt. Han kommer ner i hissen med en handduk runt nacken med brandlarmet som fortfarande går i bakgrunden. de får med hjälp av brandkåren ordning på larmet och alla kan gå in igen. En timme senare går larmet igen och den här gången har de en annan lösning; de tar ner alla brandlarm. I drygt 12 timmar så är hotellet helt utan brandlarm.

Great location, 30 minutes walk to the city or 2 minutes to the train station. Great facilities (i.e. kitchen, TV, bathroom). Confusing negative, terrible WiFi, to the point were we had to sit in the nearby laundromat to have internet.

Close to everything, easy to find, friendly reception, cosy. Dated, bathroom needs a blind as gets very hot in the morning sun, fridge very noisy throughout the night, aircon working but incredibly old but did get warned not to touch temp control. Reception not open until 9am so sign on front door needs to be changed to match the sign only guests can see inside.

Shops are just down the rd, trains, buses, didi are easily assessable. Place was nice and clean. Reception was very friendly. Would highly recommend.

1br apartment was spacious & had everything to make for a comfortable stay. We stayed 3 nights. The location was good with supermarkets & restaurants close by. The bed was both large & comfortable & my back problem didn't flare up which was good news. The staff on reception were both friendly and helpful. The cleaners serviced the rooms each day, changing towels & making the bed- thank-you! While the apartment had everything it was somewhat dated & drab & in need of renovations.

This is our ‘go to’ place in the city. Good sized accommodation with comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Stayed here several times. Never disappointed.

Have stayed at this property previously. Location is great and easily accessible to public transport. Units are clean. Only thing i would suggest, units facing Ward Street dont block out noise and can make for a restless nights sleep. Also, i stayed at the property earlier in the year and had the same unit this time. The front of the air conditioner still needs replacing. Its horrible to look at and degrades a nice unit

Not a bad budget accommodation; however, it is quite tired. I booked a room for a weekend (Friday to Monday) that specifically indicated ‘daily housekeeping’ in the booking type; however, I was surprised when my room was not cleaned/refreshed on Saturday. Upon my enquiry, I was told that daily service refers to business days only… so if you’re there for a weekend and your booking says daily housekeeping, there will be none. Maybe because I asked about this, they cleaned my room on Sunday…

Location !!!
The apartment is in a fantastic position, close to everything. The rooms are huge with everything I needed. Staff were very accommodating when I needed to move rooms due to a strong smell in my room. If you’re a light sleeper like I am, the outside noise my be an issue as the apartment is on a main road and close to the train line. Swipe entry cards are a bit temperamental, and needed recalibrating a few times, and unfortunately with no Carpark, I had to park about 1km for all day parking.

Excellent value for money. Nice and clean. No Parking but I found somewhere nearby at $17.00 per day. Holiday inn carpark. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location within walking distance of a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Apartment was medium sized but had an unusual layout that would annoy during a longer stay. And the WiFi was slow and very unreliable so effectively useless.

Excellent value for money, great location, clean, studio was spacious and adequately equipped. Some of the decoration is a little tired but expected at this price point. Noise complained of in some reviews wasn't an issue. WiFi is awful but decent cell signal so not too much of a problem.

The location near KingsCross station is brilliant, easy access to everywhere and city. Apartment is affordable price and in good condition. Housekeeping doing excellent job! Just one thing is a curtain not blocking all light. Day time is fine but at night time, the room is not totally dark, changing a new curtain to darken the room will get 5 stars to all.

True Roach Motel
My girlfriend and I stayed at your hotel for three nights between November 17th and November 20th. On November 18th at night I opened a kitchen cabinet to grab a glass and in there I saw a Roach running around. I trapped the Roach with one of the glass and put the glass on the floor for the housekeeper to remove it the next day. The housekeeper did remove it the next day. On November 20th at the middle of the night I woke up to use the wash room and after I came out I felt something brush by feet and I turned on the lights to see two roach running on the kitchen floor. I screamed waking up my girlfriend. One of the two roaches was giant, I grabbed a pot and hit the roach with it. The bottom half of the roach was crushed but it was still running. I was able to trouble the big roach under a glass and was able to trap the other roach under a glass as well. I can understand seeing 1 roach over the stay, but to see catch 3 roaches over two days given that we were only in the room at night to sleep is absolutely unacceptable and an indication that there a is much larger problem with the building.

The location of the apartments is great. Close to everything you could need. Few things that could do with some attention. I was in an apartment close to the road (Ward Ave) on Level 1. * no fly screens on the windows facing the road * a small blind for the bathroom window would be good * tiles under the washing machine in bathroom look like they havent been cleaned * a/c in lounge room had no cover where the air blows out and direction slides on the inside are broken * no bed side lamps/lights Outside of the door of the apartment, the walls could do with a touch up as well. Overall though, the experience was good

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. It's only few minutes walk from Kings Cross station, so convenient. The only down side was the noise, especial on the weekends, it will keep you up all night.
