Picnic at Blues Point Reserve and Sawmillers Reserve or enjoy the scenic short walk from Lavender Bay to Milsons Point.



Visit the heritage-listed Luna Park amusement park and jump on a ferry from Milsons Point Wharf to Circular Quay.

Getting Around:

AIRPORT

Approx. 20 minutes by car or taxi, or around 40 minutes by public transport.



PUBLIC TRANSPORT

- Ferry:

Milsons Point Wharf is a short walk away, offering frequent ferries to Circular Quay (approx. 5 minutes) with direct access to the Sydney Opera House and CBD.

- Trains:

Milsons Point Station is within easy walking distance (approx. 8–10 minutes). It’s just one stop to Wynyard Station in the CBD.

- Bus:

A bus stop is only 100m away (2-minute walk), with regular services connecting you to North Sydney, the CBD and surrounding suburbs.



Other Things to Note:

REDUCED MOBILITY – Stair Access

This property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Walker Street access is via foot only, with stairs leading down from the main road to the building entrance. The apartment is located on Level 3 and is accessible by staircase only (no lift).

Once inside, you will be rewarded with a bright, beautifully appointed apartment featuring stunning views over Lavender Bay.



Booker RESTRICTIONS.

• The minimum age of the main booker must be 25 years or older.

• ID verification may be requested to confirm eligibility.

Owner’s preference is no children. Please discuss suitability with the host.



MAXIMUM GUESTS / Bed CONFIGURATION

4 guests maximum. Please ensure all guests are accurately recorded

Bed configuration: 1 Queen bed and 1 DB pull-out sofabed in the living room.



SOFA-BED USAGE

For bookings of 2 guests requiring separate sleeping arrangements with the use of the pull-out sofa-bed, an additional fee of $60 AUD applies for the first 2 nights, followed by $20 per night thereafter.

This fee does not apply to bookings of 3 or 4 guests.

There is no on-site parking available.

Street parking nearby is difficult, metered and time limited, but not impossible. Less restrictions on week-ends. We also recommend close by with Space Genie parking North Sydney, via online booking (spacegenie com au).
