Soak up the scenery along the Marine Parade Coastal Walk, unwind on Maroubra Beach or swim at Mahon Pool, an oceanside saltwater pool just a short walk away. Spanning three levels, the home offers three living areas, two bathrooms and on-site parking, creating an inviting setting for groups. Catch ocean glimpses from the lounge, or head to the secluded backyard for alfresco dining.
The upper level brings everyone together in a light-filled open-plan living space, where colourful stained-glass windows, vintage furnishings, indoor greenery and curated artwork create a cosy blend of rustic charm, modern simplicity and eclectic style. The fully equipped kitchen features an espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge, alongside a generous timber dining table. The adjoining lounge enjoys ocean glimpses, with a record player, stereo and vinyl collection inviting you to slow down with music after a day out.

The ground level is home to all three bedrooms, a full bathroom and a cosy sitting room centred around a wood fireplace. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a sunroom with a built-in window seat, the second features a queen bed with custom cabinetry and a reading nook, and the third offers a double bed. The inviting living area is the perfect place to sink into soft cushions with a good book, watch a film on the Samsung Art Smart TV, or settle in beside the crackling fire.

The lower ground level offers another spacious living area with an oversized L-shaped lounge, a 65-inch Smart TV and a decorative piano, opening directly onto a covered patio and landscaped backyard. Outside, established gardens and a secluded seating area invite time in the fresh coastal air, while two outdoor showers with hot and cold running water make rinsing off after the beach easy. Complimentary foam surfboards are also stacked in the backyard and available for guests use. This level also includes the second full bathroom and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, and Netflix, along with a selection of books and board games, are provided for your entertainment. Driveway parking for one vehicle, portable heaters in every bedroom, and ceiling fans ensure a comfortable and effortless stay.

It's a seven-minute walk to Mahon Pool, a popular ocean pool beneath scenic cliffs with outdoor showers, and around 12 minutes on foot to Maroubra Beach, where surfing, swimming, picnics and a playground line the expansive stretch of sand. Nearby, enjoy coastal dining at Pavilion Beachfront, Zeebra Café, The Bay Bakehouse, The North End Café and The Bay Hotel and Diner.

For even more dining and shopping, Pacific Square is a six-minute drive away, while Anzac Parade offers local favourites such as Kokoroya, Tradewinds, Coco Bento and Brazilian Flame BBQ.

Escape to the stunning coastline of Malabar Headland National Park, just 13 minutes away, where spectacular walking trails and ocean views await. Sydney Airport is conveniently located around 16 minutes from the property.
