Rock Davis Beachouse is the ultimate beach retreat just 1 hour north of Sydney and a 30-minute ferry trip from Palm Beach. This picturesque enclave, framed by unspoiled bushland in a tranquil parkside position is mere footsteps to Patonga Beach and a 1-minute walk to the Boathouse Hotel and caf.
Rock Davis Beachouse was formerly St Anthony's Catholic Church. Masterfully transformed into a modern holiday house, blending beachside charm with a contemporary industrial edge and clean fluid lines, highlights include the covered wraparound verandah, spectacular vaulted ceilings, original exposed timber beams, and outdoor hot tub.
Rock Davis is ideally suited for 6-8 adults, but can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Please note that the base rate booking is for up to 6 adults and includes the use of the 3 beds in the bedrooms ONLY.
If you wish to use the sofa beds (2 x King Single and 1 x Queen) - There is an additional linen charge of $75 per bed. Please ensure you add this onto your booking if you wish to use any of the sofa bed linen.
When our family stays - there are always 10 of us!There are 2 king single sofa beds and 1 queen sized in the main living area that can be closed off by a large sound proof sliding door.They are Koala sofa beds, that set up in 30 seconds and are known as the most comfortable sofa beds in Australia and they are! Sooooo comfy!

Absolute Perfection
The house is absolute perfection in every way! Lyndall is an outstanding hostess and has thought of everything for the most perfect stay we have ever had at any beach anywhere! The best and cleanest hot tub I’ve ever been in ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Location- Beautiful Home
Don’t hesitate in booking this property. The house is beautifully presented, plenty of indoor or outdoor areas to enjoy. Literally 30 seconds to The Boathouse, which had great food and live music. The host is lovely, you will feel welcome and then be so sad to leave. We will be back.

Wonderful place, perfect location
Gorgeous property with everything you need for the perfect holiday. Lots of space, comfortable settings in and out. Beach is just a short stroll away and the Boathouse is even closer! Lyndall was extremely quick with responding to any questions and lovely to deal with.

Beautiful Propery
Had a lovely weekend here with friends. House is beautiful and in a quiet spot not far from the pub. It is well equipped and has everything you need. Lyndall was really lovely to deal with. She had a bottle of champagne chilling for us and the hot tub was ready on our arrival. Cannot fault and would definitely come back. Loved everything about it.

Beautiful renovated home in Patonga - perfect for a weekend escape
We stayed at Lyndall's beautifully renovated property in Patonga, a former church, now lovingly restored as the ideal weekend (or longer) getaway! Everything was perfect - good communication with the host prior to arrival, the property is exactly as described on the website and is generously equipped with lovely glassware, plates, pots and pans, bath and beach towels. We visited just before winter (during a cold snap - although I did swim!), and the heating system is excellent ! The home also has Foxtel and Netflix, games, books, and balls to play Penteque on the adjoining court. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to Patonga's excellent pub, but quiet with no noise. This is a lovely home - we will visit again - recommended !

Luxury stay in Patonga
Let me start by saying, there is not one single touch for a perfect stay that has been forgotten in this property.
Lyndall has gone above and beyond to ensure your stay at Rock Davis is enjoyable and relaxing.
The Jacuzzi was at the perfect temperature on arrival, the champagne was chilled on the fridge and there was firewood ready to go in both the fire place and the outdoor fire pit.
All the little extra touches like kids toys, pétanque set and kids crockery and utensils made our stay so easy.
It is such a quick walk to the beach and Boat Shed, it’s super convenient to be next to the open park and parking was so easy.
Amazing location and effortless communication considering it was a very last minute booking.

Rock Davis... Everything and more!
We had such an amazing experience during our short stay at Rock Davis. Lyndall is warm and friendly, making our time in Patonga exceed our expectations. The location of the property is perfect - overlooking the park while in earshot of the water (not to mention the Beach Hotel is a stones throw away). The house itself is full of charm, very spacious and the hot tub is was a nice addition. I have nothing but praise for Rock Davis and Lyndall, we would definitely look to stay there again in the future.
