A perfect retreat in the Blue Mountains just minutes from Katoomba and Leura town centers. We enjoyed the warmth of the wood stove while we played games as a family. Clean and spacious with many thoughtful amenities. A great base to enjoy all that the Blue Mountains offer.

A Very comfortable house for a few days getaway in the mountains……and we were able to take our fur baby with us. However the property is not fenced so it may not suit all pet owners.

Great space for our family. 15min walk to Leura mall. Loved the fireplace and big kitchen. Comfy beds - but did wish I brought my own pillow. Peacefully space.

A clean, welcoming cottage. Close to all activities we attended. We were travelling with overseas relatives & they enjoyed the cottage & location. We would definitely stay again.

Plenty of room for family and fur baby House was clean and tidy. Games and DVD’s available if you didn’t bring your own entertainment. Bathroom has a screened in spa bath which was not the greatest for an ‘older’ parent with hip issues.

We had a lovely stay at Sunflower Cottage. The property had a homely feel with good heating, plenty of space for everyone and a lovely view. The host was attentive and helpful. Only glitch was that the fireplace wasn’t working at full capacity. We reported this to the host and she said she would look into this. We still had ample heating and the cottage was very warm and cosy.

The house was clean and in good condition. The only issue was that for four people there was only one small three-seater couch, and the rest of the seating was uncomfortable chairs. I would recommend adding a more comfortable and larger sofa to better accommodate groups of more than four guests.

Weekend getaway

A lovely house in a good position for both Katoomba and Leura. We love staying here - comfortable, warm, easy and convenient!
