Ok hotell nära Chinatown
Bra läge, stort rum, sköna sängar och bra frukost. Service inte bra förutom den person som bl a bar väskor och öppnade dörren. Han var toppen! När det gäller servicen så kändes det söm om det var väldigt många praktikanter. Mycket som gick fel under vår vistelse.

Bra frukost
Spännande område i Chinatown med mycket prisvärd mat om man gillar asiatisk. Mycket bra frukost samt ok pool för barnen. Fungerar att gå till centrum annars spårvagn eller buss.

Fast checkin. Frendly staff. Perfect location if you want to live in Chinatown area and city center. Close to domestic airport and public transport.

Ok hotel for the price
Situated in Chinatown which is not that exciting. Breakfast ok, not more. With that said, staff is friendly and for the price the hotel is alright.

Value for money
A convenient and suitable family-hotell. Its not really a 4-star hotell, however we loved the staff and you get what you pay for. Price is low considering that we are in Sydney. Breakfast is a bit boring, but plus for possibility to make your own juice and fresh cappuccino. Gym is small but works for keeping up training a few days. Pool is small, but nice in the afternoon after walking the city for a few hours. Could stay again.

Best location, close to the central station and lots of food around. It faces a quiet street so you won't hear traffic at any time during the day. The room is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

this hotel was centrally located close to public transit. staff was excellent and very accommodating to all our needs. i would definitely recommend this hotel as it was a good value for the price.

A hotel located within the Chinatown precincts and 5 minute walk to rail and light rail transport options. 5 minute walk to Darling Square dining precinct. Large comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Parking next door.

Close to light rail and central station. Also close to Darling square dining precint. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and gym looked good however we didnt use. Restaurant onsite also looked good but we ate out. Would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay checkin is at 3 I got a early check-in at 10. Lovely spacious room. Very close to restaurants, train stations, tram , Darling Harbour, supermarket . Restaurant in Hotel great food and cocktails. All in all a great experience will be coming here again.

Location - perfect for all sightseeing. Quiet. Big bedroom - comfortable beds - helpful staff. An older hotel (previously 'Novatel') has been given an obvious 'lick'. Food mostly good but we returned 2 dinners. One unedible (refunded) and the other with only one piece of Pork belly in the middle of a big plate for $32 did nothing for our appetite or wallet! (They did offer us to pay only $16 each - but that was way too much for what was offered! This is why one star is missing.

Loved everything about this place! The room is very clean and comfortable. The bed was fantastic. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible! So many great options. You can even make your own fresh pressed juice. All of the staff were friendly and wonderfully helpful. Really could not ask for more. Even the location is great.

Family of 4 adults stayed in the property; however, the wifi was limited for use of only 3 devices!! It’s 2024, not 2004!!! Seemed like they have a code for visitor but it wasn’t even offered. We were welcomed (maybe unwelcomed) with an empty body wash bottle. Next morning I placed the bottle on the edge of bathtub with the bottle opened so housekeeper easily notices. Unfortunately it was not refilled and replaced at the entrance (meaning that the housekeeper recognized). I concluded that I expected too high because the property was “managed by ascott”

Excellent hotel; the beds are really comfortable, staff are very friendly, the rooms are nicely decorated and modern, and the hotel offered things such as room service, etc. I did not get to order from the hotel restaurant as I only stayed one night, however the menu looked great. Very clean room.
