Som förväntat men bra.
Bra läge, själva hotellet var rent och fint. Frukosten var bättre än medel i Australien vilket inte borde vara så svårt. Skulle kunna tänka mig bo här igen om jag hamnar i Sydney.

Location very good. Friendly staff. The minus was that there was remodeling being done in the building and around, so very noisy in the room. It caused the fire alarm to go off. We had to evacuate 7 floors down on Saturday morning. The water pipes of the hotel made strange noises late at night. There was no television Saturday till Sunday 9am. Also there was no electricity on Sunday morning so the airco couldn’t run and no lights of course. They didn’t apologize for it. Too bad otherwIse ok hotel.

Clean and safe area. Quick walk to CQ area and so many good options. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend. The breakfast was best ever at a hotel.

The rooms are VERY small with little or no storage. Had to live out of my suitcase for 7 days. This was suppose to be a premium room NOT!

Nice property, good breakfast. Noisy with club nearby, but not an inconvenience. Unfortunately charged for the whole mini bar when nothing was used - had to ring hotel and get it fixed… Squeaky bed and huge pillows, but still nice enough…

祝日で食事ができるお店が少なかったのですがフロントのスタッフの方が親切に教えてくださいました。 部屋もとても清潔で良かったです。

Great location. Smallish rooms that they have everything you need. Nice & clean. Excellent location - close to transport - trains, ferries, trams etc. Generally value for money. They could provide larger shampoo, body wash etc especially if sharing a room. Having the kettle in the cupboard for use is also difficult if you’re short and can’t see onto the shelf properly as you need to remove it from the cupboard to fill.

駅からも近く観光名所オペラハウスや船乗り場からも近くて便利です。まわりオフィス街なのでビジネスマンが多かったです。 室内は綺麗です。スリッパはありませんでした。

Less than 10 min walk (down hill) to Cruise Ship! You even walk right by a liquor store where you can purchase wine to take on your cruise! Hotel breakfast was magnificent! Room very nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable and modern! We were there on a Monday holiday and front desk staff was extremely helpful finding us places to eat and shop.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of all of the major attractions and shopping areas in central Sydney. The rooms are very modern and very well designed. The single room that I had was on the small side, but so well designed that it was very comfortable and had space for everything. The staff were excellent.

Compared with pre-Covid stays; buffet breakfast is more expensive but somewhat lesser quality. In particular; no longer an option for eggs cooked to order; and only cold plates available for hot food meas the food quickly becomes cold and unpleasant.

Property was clean and was easy to check in and check out . The staff were great and even stored our luggage securely away for us when we checked out so we can walk around without the baggage prior to departure. Price was great especially for the location.

I booked the hotel for a two night business trip. The location appealed being in the heart of the CBD. When I checked in, I noticed that there was food (lollies and nuts) in the corner next to the bed. Obviously hadn’t been properly cleaned between guests. The manager came to pick it up but no offer for compensation or make good was made which would’ve been expected in the situation. I won’t be staying here again given the number of options in Sydney.

This hotel is an easy walk from the train station and the wharf where you can find every ferry. It’s clean, convenient, and had everything I needed for my 2 day stay. They stores my luggage too which really helped as I had a late flight.

Lovely hotel in a great location; close to all the main sights. Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The only drawback was the bed - too soft for our liking.

Excellent front desk staff who took care of everything for us from early check in to extra coffee pods in the room. Very clean and great location to access everything in Sydney. Easy to get to from the airport. I would highly recommend.

Overall is good. Convenient place to stay, food restaurants transportation all within walking distance, I walk from hotel to the Sydney Fish Market is only 35 minutes. The only thing I don’t like it our room mattress is too soft my neck and back pain this 3 days stay and the shower holder is too weak to hold the Showerhead always fall down. I would like to stay this hotel again if I come to Sydney, Hopefully by then the mattress and the shower holder is Done properly
