“We did not have high expectations, however it was very similiar to staying in student housing. We had to clean many dishes before we used them. It is a run down house. The queen beds were comfortable. Burn Mark on the sheets.!The shower was clean. Overall we were not comfortable in the environment and wanted to leave as quickly as possible.”

“This place was listed as 2 half bathroom s. In reality it was one half bathroom and a bathing only room. Very misleading. There was no Welcome Book to tell us anything. We look forward to that. Knives were quite dull. Very few plates. But there was one awesome fry pan that fried our eggs beautifully. Note on the wall said to put garbage in the garage. There was a lot of garbage in there from before us. However the host was very responsive and helpful when contacted. Nice quiet clean location.”

“Lovely, comfortable home in Sydney River. We stayed with our three teenage kids for three nights while visiting family at various locations on Cape Breton. Convenient location, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We would stay here again!”
