“Nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, well maintained and owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was wrong is that the grill didn't have propane and was very dirty. With that said we would stay there again. ”

There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. “This house had everything we needed, including plenty of indoor and out space. The outside decks and shower are excellent, and the indoor table, too, allowed us to sit down together for meals. The set up is excellent with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and another two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs.”

“We loved this house. Sure, it is rustic (as the title says), but we loved the vibe. The architecture, exposed wood, and white floors felt like a 60s surf bungalow. The house is interesting and there are some quirks, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. It was clean and well appointed where it mattered- the linens were clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the mattresses on the twin beds seemed new. “This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay.
