"Love the Shinola design and was very excited to stay here - but will not return. Dont get me wrong, the design of the room was great and the check in was friendly and a glass of bubbly was received. The films telling about brand, materials, design etc was great to watch. Comfortable bed. But the cleaning between the days was so poor and had dust in the corners and mold in the "zink hole". Don't even think the pillows were fluffed between the days. The beautiful Shinola alarm clock showed wrong time (1 hour) and be prepared to wait very long if you having breakfast in house. It did not live up to expectations and there are plenty of other hotels out there I rather try next time. But location is great, value for money less."
