“I was there working in Council Bluff just across the river. The inside of the apt was fabulous! Check in was easy/ as well as checj out. All instructions were emailed and texted to me before my arrival. Overall, very nice and hostess was easy to communicate with. Kyle”

“My fiancé and I were in town for the holidays and our other bnb we had to cancel. Eugene was more than happy to accommodate and was willing to try and help in any way he could. Lots of blankets, pillows, and a nicely stocked kitchen! If you are taller, you may need to watch your head in a couple spots. There is also a driveway, but be prepared to park on the street if you want to be on your way without communicating with the other residents. We look forward to booking again soon!”

“Stop! Quit searching for places to stay in Beatrice. This is the place to stay. This place was everything described and more. My dad,brother and myself stayed here for a couple days and couldn't have been more happy about our stay. Everything was flawless from the get go. Ms. Margie and Mr. Gary are first class folks with a wealth of knowledge of everything Beatrice. Mr. Gary is quite the story teller and will have you rolling. All the farm animals some local some not so local are beautiful...

“It was a beautiful apartment, don't go by the outside look. We enjoy our stay but unfortunately we got a flat tire by parking in the alley. "Just be careful by parking in the alley" Overall the house is very nice and clean.”

“We needed a place while our kids were occupied at camp. The space was perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked with the tools we needed to cook our meals, the sitting area was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was spot on to complete our work. We enjoyed the recommendations we got for various places to visit and hikes to take. Highly recommend.”

“Great location. To get to the apartment you have to go up a steep set of stairs. The apartment is above a van rental shop. There is a lot of traffic but was not a problem for us. The apartment could use a deep clean but was overall clean. There were hardly any linens we could find but we made due. Communication with managers was excellent.”

“The property was what we needed it to be, a place to sleep after a day out on the town. There were a couple things that broke on us with normal use but I suppose we kind of get what we paid for. So I would say for the price, everything was just fine.”

“We came into town from Colorado to celebrate our daughters graduation from UNL. It's a little further than we'd like, but the tradeoff was a quiet non college environment to relax in and enjoy time as a family. It had EVERYTHING we needed minus larger serving bowls. Beds were very comfortable. There bedroom in the basement with 2 beds does not have a door on it, it wasn't a concern for us. Great place!”
