It consists of 18 different apartments in 5 buildings, so it has all the amenities of home, some of them communal, including living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. “Living conditions were sufficient, and well kept. Bathroom was more than enough, water was always desired temperature, and minimal mold/damage. Some ant problems, but it was very well insulated from weather/noise, and plenty of space to setup and live in.
