“Perfect place for we can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Dropped our oldest off at SkyRanch for winter retreat and took advantage of the respite to enjoy time with our younger son. Walking trail was great. The swings over the creek were awesome. There’s horseshoes, ring toss, a charcoal grill. Anything you can imagine just to get your kids outside. The amenities inside were great too. ”

“Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. “We always love staying here, easy access with the boats being parked just down the hill. You have a big sand point just outside the cove for the kids to swim and play. The cabins are always clean and have plenty of towels for lake days. What is a big plus they always have ice for purchase so you don’t have to run to town to grab any. ”

“Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. ”
