"Wonderful hotel"

"We liked Sheraton, but it felt a bit too large. The distances to get around, especially to the pool, were quite long, so it didn’t feel very personal. The facilities are definitely impressive, but the heat made it hard to explore everything. You also need to pay for parking."

"Everything was great. Only a breakfast with plastic vutlery and in paper plates is not what I imagine in a nice hotel. This seems to be more of a standard, but throwing so much plastic and paper unnecessarily is bad example of sustainability efforts."

"We stayed one night at Hyatt. It is a nice hotel, very well located, walking distanse to Bayside Market and to Brickell area. The room was very big with comfortable bed and amenities. The only issues we could think of are: bathroom design feels old, and employees aligment and knowledge about late check-out and luggage drop possibilities was bad. We were given two different prices for luggage storage and two different rates for late check-out. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel if you are looking for a place downtown. Breakfast was super tasty!"
