The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. “Totally understand it’s a house boat, but the spiders and cob webs were pretty bad. I feel sorry for anyone over 6 feet tall trying to use the restroom and dirty shower. There was also layers of dust on the fans in each room that was flaring up my daughter’s allergies. We ended up driving back home 4 hours away at midnight because of those issues. ”

“Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+" of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+", and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat...

“On VRBO, check in was 3p. manager clarified check in was 4p not 3p. During the night, it was loud and noisy with 2 helicopters buzzing around, loud traffic- racing engines, loud mufflers , cars honking through out the night making it very difficult to sleep. I thought I saw either a cockroach or spider prior to going to bed. Very fast, couldn’t tell. In the morning, LARGE dead cockroach was noted to be face u dead by the shower. I will NEVER stay there again. It was terrible! ”
