“This Incredible Lake Cottage is set on 2 wooded acres with relaxing views from each window! We enjoyed the outdoor covered patio, & dined under the umbrella covered dining table. “Clean. Everything worked. Location in very quiet neighorhood equidistant from Lake Geneva, Delavan, and Fontana. Beach in Fontana and Williams Bay beach close although too cool this weekend to use other than walking trails. Host accessible and responsive.”

“We stayed in the cottage for Memorial Day weekend with a group of friends. The location was perfect since we were planning on boating, it was close to the marina where the boat was. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our group of 8 adults, my only minor complaint would be that 2 of the bedrooms have small beds in them so it's not possible for couples to sleep together in them, especially if they are tall. Having two bathrooms was nice but one of them is an ensuite so it would have been...

“Our group was there to do service work within the area. The house is very nice and was perfect for our group to stay. The host helped us to know what was going on in the area during our stay. It was overall a nice stay!”

“The boats are sit on tops, not kayaks. The property was not prepared when I arrived. Leaks in roof, I could see through roof . Wet floor in bathroom. No towels were out. I had to vacuum up a broken dish upon my arrival. Dirty sponges in sink. And the deck drops off to lawn with no stairs. No one but a giant would call that a step. And the dock is unsafe, boards have holes and end was unsecure.”
