“Sonesta Select Milwaukee Brookfield sold (or there was a name change) to AmericInn by Wyndham Brookfield sometime in June which means all 3rd party prior reservations were purged and those companies were never notified (or they were but didn't cancel the reservations and customers were not notified.) 3 Rooms booked in April & 1 booked in June. Upon arrival 8/8, only the 1 room was showing & now I was faced with cancellation fees because I'm cancelling the day of. I obviously can't use 1 room...

“The place is clean and has good space for parking.Staff was excellent and the rooms were very clean.
I had a great trip staying there .
Some of the towels are visibly old that we didn’t touch them.
Looking yellowish with a lot of milage on them.
I can’t give less than 5 star because of that.
Management should look at getting rid of old overused towels.
Besides that,I still give it a 5 star”
