“Very pleased with our stay. Great location convenient to everything.”

“Cleanliness of room and looks are nice. The owner has nice taste. The place is small but has everything you need. I didn't like the bed in the entry of the door way, makes it hard coming in with luggage. “Nice play, would book again”

“Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. ”

“Perfect condo for a quick getaway for 2! Loved the view from our balcony.”

“Ease of access plus wifi working well matters most on my road trips through Alabama so would definitely return if back this way soon because it offered those essentials consistently”

“Loved the Resort. Beautiful landscaping, very nice pools. It was right on the beach, but the actual walk to the water, because of the dunes, was farther than I expected. The unit was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Parking was easy. You can drive right up to the unit. When sitting on the patio you had a great view of the grounds and the close by pool. The owner was very good about communication. She was very interested in any of your concerns. We will go back!”
