“The only issue with this property is the lack of an elevator. Otherwise, rooms were comfortable & staff was great. Very comfy beds! A lot of TV channels & free coffee downstairs 24/7 which was wonderful. We had an issue with our TV working & the friendly staff member was unable to fix it so she promptly moved us to a different room.”

“The pictures did not match the room. I was expecting an office chair and an arm chair in the room. There was no arm chair. The office chair was half-broken and leaned to one side. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. I'm glad we were only staying one night.”

“Fantastic help by the girl in the reception with planning our road trip going west from Durango. She spent a lot of time (when no other customers needed help) coming with advices on how to visit Grand Canyon, come up with more recommendations and plan our trip time wise. Very charming hotel. Simple but clean and nice rooms.”
