"Det allra bästa med hotellet är deras otroligt bra service samt poolområdet. Varmt i poolen, lagom mycket folk, mat och dryck. Mindre bra saker med hotellet är att hotellrummen känns äldre, att frukost inte ingår och är dyr att köpa till på plats, samt att det ligger lite avsides. "

"Booked two rooms that included USD 50 resort credit per room per day, but at check-out they said I wouldn't get it and told me I should talk to Expedia about it. This was my fifth time att Naples Grande, but when you basically get scammed like this the urge to come back is not very strong. "

"Ett lugnt rent hotel med frukost och gratis parkering. Stora tysta rum med bra AC. Lite i utkanten av Sarasota men så lätt att ta sig till både stränder och centrum. Bil är ett måste dock. Mycket trevligt att det var ägt av Amish, visst man får inte dricka alkohol på hotellet men det gjorde inget när allt annat var topp topp och verkligen prisvärt. Der Dutchman restaurant som ligger precis vid hotellet, familj restaurang som passade oss utmärkt, ingen lyxmat men gott och bra priser. Jag rekommenderar varmt."

"We booked this because of its four stars and for the surroundings but was very dispointed - its not at all a four star establisment - It feels more a two or max a tree star Our room was dirty and our beddings had stains and for sure the rooms was small. The aircondition was broken so the sound was so noicy and even when we turned it of it didn´t stop sounding! I accually tried to find another hotel the first night but there are not so many options out there! I think this hotel is so over priced and overrated. Im so sorry to say that but i have to! The best part of the whole stay was the exellent staff that was so nice and kind ( they cant help the bad standard ) and the great breakfast that was included. We will not come back to this place and i would say if you are used to four star hotels in europe you wont like this place! "

"Love this hotel with everything new and fresh. The interior designer did a great job. The rooms was great with balcony towards the sunset! The guys in the lobby cafe extremely attentive and so service minded so five star service there !! The only complaint is that when we arrived excited to try this new hotel, traveled all way from sweden the lady who checked us in barely greated us with a hi … when we asked to change room to a higher floor another employee helped us and it was a soo more nice experience - so overall a really nice stay! Will def come back next time ! Oh snd the rooftop bar was amazing "
