“Everything was lovely”

“There's no sign to indicate the facility is a hotel. Upon arrival to the room, there was no towels and the telephone didn't work to contact the front desk for towels. Walked down to request towels and I was told I had to wait until after 6:00 pm for towels even though check-in was at 2:00pm. No coffee, cups or utensils to make coffee. Will never use a third party for a unknown site again! I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY!!!!!”

“Water is not free. Breakfast is not free. Bedsheet is dirty. AC is loud as duck. Understaffed. Manager is not even on duty. Come here and have your worst hotel experience.”

“The shuttle driver, Gabriel, was amazing and the hotel was very nice. I was not impressed with the front desk staff. They were not friendly.”
