“A descent hotel, we only stayed one night. The room didn’t have a sealing light which made it very dark in the room. The carpet was good, it didn’t feel as filthy as the other hotels we’ve been to. But still need to be renovated, very outdated furniture. ”

“I found this hidden gem because it was one of the last hotels that had double beds. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was extremely pleased. It smelled amazing when we walked through the doors. The decor from the lobby to the halls to the room itself was super cute. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved that the complementary breakfast ended at 10:30 which was typically later than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The security charge of $15 was unexpected, but the front desk informed us...

“Hotel with easy access to freeways. Everything we needed for a 5 night stay was there. Krogers and HEB close by. ”

“The service was friendly and very helpful. Requests for extra bedding and towels were met almost immediately. A complimentary continental breakfast would have added to our stay as we were to be at the hospital by 7am. A $20 breakfast buffet was available but who had time?”

“When I got off the elevator, I was a bit concerned...but realized that the place in being overhauled. The room was great. Clean and new. Worth ignoring the older hallway carpet.”

“Conditioner dispenser didn’t work, loud noise by freeway, self parking exit wasn’t working well and took forever, bathroom sinks by ballroom was out of service, and elevator was out of service. Definitely can use a lot of fixing!!! ”
