“They messed up our reservation to start with and then were completely unapologetic about the wait and inconvenience when fixing it. The staff treated everyone like they were an inconvenience at least those at the front desk did. The fitted sheet would not stay on the bed, and when I told the front desk I’d like sheets that stayed on they sent someone to remake the bed with sheets that did the exact same thing.
