“This home was extremely clean and well appointed. We were there for a family reunion and needed a home base and this was perfect. The home seems recently remodeled and was clean and had extras of everything you may need, it even had a blow up mattress. The bedroom with a twin bed would be better served with a double, but the air mattress made up for that. “Three ladies getting away for a long weekend found a perfect oasis. This is a beautiful, quiet, property with a large private backyard. Perfect to enjoy time outside with the fire pit, yard games, a cook out. This place looks exactly like the pictures, everything is spotless and looks new. We had no problems getting checked in or out and our host was promptly available to message. We all enjoyed the beds and having our own rooms was so nice to relax. “Property was very good. I only have two very minor comments. Apparently the water heater was set conservatively since the shower water temperature was a bit cooler than I would have liked. The property requested the dish washer be run upon checkout, but I couldn't find any dishwasher detergent pods. (I ran it anyway and left a note about no pods.) Overall, very good and I would certainly stay there again.”

“This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Bungalow. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) you need to cook a full meal. Beds are comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood, great for taking walks. We will stay again on our next trip to Evansville!”
