It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of space for parking either in the underground garage or outside. Wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the patio space but that’s Iowa weather for you. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Brand new, beautiful condo in the heart of Arnold’s Park. Conveniently located, walk to restaurants, bars, pier, etc. Great place, we loved it!”

“Beautiful area. Great fishing. Wonderful location and view. Beds are comfortable. (If all adults in your party...2 bedrooms are smaller with king beds and not alot of room on sides). Table and chairs for dining are tall...so make sure your group will be able to get up on them. We had some gorgeous days and did well fishing. Loved the time spent here.”

“Allison's condo worked superbly for our extended family of nine, ranging in age from 4.5 to 98.5! The mobility challenges of my aged mother were well accommodated by the layout of the condo, as well as its walk-in shower in the master suite, and the building's elevator system. (Note: There ARE rather long halls from the elevator to the condo, on the 4th floor, but Mom has a walker with a seat in it, so this enabled us to push her down the halls versus expecting her to walk...and we could leave...

“Perfect location. Great size an amenities for a group of five. Only issue was bedroom facing street was very warm and whoever sleeps on pullout couch will wake up to sun. However, we enjoyed everything else about it! Would definitely book again.”
