“Accomodations adequate and tidy, nice showers, clean linens, comfortable beds. Kitchen was disappointing: coffee cups not clean; oven was very dirty with grease on the bottom and food stuck to the racks; lower cabinets & under kitchen sink dirty and unkempt!”

“Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. “This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)”

“The house had plenty of room for me and my 8 friends (and 5 bathrooms helps a lot). The lot is semi-secluded with a big yard on the lake. This was the second time we have stayed there and will definitely be going back.”
