“Clean rooms and pleasant staff. The pool was disappointing. It felt like something you would find at a rehab center. Could not swim as the pool was only 3 feet deep.”
“The staff did not greet me upon arrival. They were not especially helpful or friendly, when we asked for extra towel set was only given towel. One morning no coffee, no hot water available. Toasters looked they had not been cleaned in a long time. Trash can in breakfast area gross and overflowing. Elevator needs swept and hotel layout makes for long walk from elevator to room. No luggage cart available or offered.”
“When I booked this hotel I thought it would be new and fresh. I was so wrong. The front desk staff was only ok at check in. Not so welcoming. The hotel felt old and not so clean.
The room was horrible. Located at the first floor and not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and the lobby. The furnitures felt old and outdated. The room didn't smell good and was dark. Tv was old and not modern. Cleaning was ok, not so good. Breakfast was below average. Staff not so friendly....
