“Breakfast was vey good and the area was clean ”

“Really not sure how this motel has an overall high star score. The night clerk with a missing tooth was so rude, its a motel & she said they had no extra pillows when the owner the next morning said they did. Beds were uncomfortable, hard, flat pillows, you pay for what you get!!!”

“We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. I do not recall the woman’s name but she was a young woman from Great Falls. She was just a gem! Our room was clean, smelled great and the shower was perfect. Breakfast the next day was outstanding! “Great staff, good breakfast ”

“Room did not look like online pic chosen. No running water in sink, no stopper in the sink or bathroom. No phone in the room to inform staff or to request maintenance. (Shut down for the night). There was no microwave. No lotion, conditioner or shampoo… wasn’t really necessary, but this hotel is very basic. Beds were fairly good, linens were clean and front desk lady was sweet. Definitely “rustic” Montana. ”

“The one switch on the Wall to put the light on and off when you enter the room was not working, hence one had to scramble in the dark to turn individual light switches on. There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night.”

“Good premises, well kept, clean and nice. Good location close to Interstate 90. However, the heating fan goes on and off all the time. And when it starts, it sounds like large vehicle enters the room. I.e. You have to be really tired to fall asleep. Finally, the wifi is lousy. Probably the worst I have experienced i 20 years.”

“When I booked this hotel I thought it would be new and fresh. I was so wrong. The front desk staff was only ok at check in. Not so welcoming. The hotel felt old and not so clean. The room was horrible. Located at the first floor and not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and the lobby. The furnitures felt old and outdated. The room didn't smell good and was dark. Tv was old and not modern. Cleaning was ok, not so good. Breakfast was below average. Staff not so friendly....

“The room was spacious as we were travelling as family of four, but the bathroom was too small especially toilet in front of door (sliding door) and in the way of the sink, not enough space. The beds were not comfortable at all. None of us got good sleep. The pool was also constantly busy night and morning so we didn’t even bother to try the pool (even on a Tuesday evening). The morning breakfast wasn’t good at all either (bread wasn’t good, eggs were reheated kind, nothing much hot to eat. Only...
