“Had a great stay in this small quaint lodging. Conveniently located in small town. Didn't have any questions that weren't addressed in our check in process. Had everything prepared in advance with such things as eating locations, maps, entertainment, etc. Clean and quiet.”

“The hotell felt like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. But well maintained. Had it not been for the price in comparison to what you get the rating would have been higher. Although that is true for almost all hotels in West Yellowstone. The pool was nice and warm but the setting was not cozy at all. ”

“The bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities were on point. The grand prismatic spring picture above the bed was amazing as well as the many other pictures throughout the hotel.”

“The room was quite but we had some issues with cleaning. One day the the covering was left laying on the floor and the second day there was no cleaning in the shower. The fridge was to cold so our food and drinks got frozen and we had to throw away some of it. The stay was including breakfast but the hotel has a strange system were you can choose one thing to eat and one thing to drink or order from the menu and get 8 USD off each guest. This isn't mentioned when you book so our tip is to just...

“I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The staff offered first class customer service and excellent communication. The room was beautifully appointed and had everything we could ask for including space, comfort and amenities. A lot of care was taken to make this space feel like an home away from home. ”

“Property was nice and easy access to the Bozeman Airport. Only complaint was it was raining and snowing outside, and I turned the heater on which it was making a loud annoying sound. Was making a loud noise the whole time I had it on, so I had to turn it off. We had to be up at 3am, and nobody was at the desk when we left. So I called and made a complaint, and never heard back from anyone about the issue.”
