“We really liked the location and unit but there are 3 things I strongly suggest they fix- ones that prevent me from going back. 1) the beds - you need to rotate them regularly they sag. 2) the curtains- it’s impossible to sleep in and we had people with us that require rest for health issues 3) you had pictures of leather couches facing the tv . You had old sagging sectional sofas in there - terrible to sit on we all sat on the floor it was more comfortable. Your kitchen set up was great !...

“Often times there is a difference between the photos and the description of the property… and not in a good way. But in this case, the property far exceeded all of our expectations in terms of cleanliness, convenience, and overall enjoyment. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. We will certainly be renting again if we have the opportunity when we visit Stratford again next year. We will be recommending this property to all of our friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

However, I did not get the final check in instructions until I arrived. The "boarding Pass" link did not provide all the information. No one would actually call me until in continued to beg while standing in the hallway in front of the room. Extremely frustrating. The towels and face clothes were still wet from laundry. Folded up which could have lead to...
