“Room was in need of repairs & dirty. The carpet was filthy, it turned the bottom my socks black. There was hair that didn't belong to us on the "clean" hand towel hanging next to the sink. One queen bed was busted in, extremely uncomfortable & squeaky along with hair on every single "clean" pillows & in-between the folded "clean" sheets that was someone elses. Both chairs& the couch busted in. Found a hair at the bottom of the queen bed we did sleep in, that belonged to someone else. The shower...

“Half the elevators were out of service. Most of the indoor waterpark rides were not operating. Heat didn't work in the bedroom of our condo so we kept the door open. Kitchen utensils a little lacking. Otherwise a good value.”

“It's too small Waterpark. Inside Waterpark smile like wet towel, everywhere height 3 ft no height. Outside was Waterpark but water was cold. My kids was too boring. Inside hotel room A/C was warm air, it's was terrible for everyone to sleep at night. In lobby same A/C not working, even no fan . We must to stay 2 nights in the hotel, but for us we stay 1 night and leave, it's was terrible to sleep without air-conditioning. Parking lot terrible, scratch door. Outside was tempature 85F , same...

“Large resort with Waterpark and more.”

“The room needs attention, the fan in the bathroom was loud, the door handle for the deck was loose, and the deck boards were rotten.”

“Everything seemed clean and well kept. The resort is cute and everything you would expect from a lake resort. Overall the property is dated and the pools are too small for the crowd size around the 4th of July weekend. The lake has a ton of seaweed and algae resides around the perimeter of the lake. The restaurants are above average and we had a blast at karaoke night. Overall a 4 out of 5!”
