âFantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. Plate of fruits was also provided in the room.
In my opinion it is better than the 5 star hotel near sylhet Airport which is middle of nowhere.â

Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing!

We booked a hotel based on what was shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different hotel â Al Ebraj Hotel â which looks nothing like the photos on the booking site. They told us this is our hotel, but it does not match what we originally booked.

âThey took 2 hours for check in. I have paid the booking money from online..But they said me that they didn't receive my money. So, they asked me to pay also in cash otherwise I have to leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Finally Expedia solved this issue. But I didnât like their tone.
