Beautifully decorated and fully renovated vintage lake house. Steps from the lake and local amenities. Breath taking sunsets and numerous walk paths to enjoy in the town of Sylvan Lake, Alberta. Includes a welcome basket specially created for each guest. Set up for families, special occasions and pet friendly. Dedicated work space. Spacious yard with fire pit, picnic table and outside games. Kitchen prepared with all of the essentials. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a vacation away from home. Black out blinds to enjoy a restful sleep, large living room to cozy up and watch a movie or play board games. Separate recreation downstairs with games, tv and a dartboard. Laundry on site. Dining room table to enjoy family meals and share the adventures of your day. Enjoy coffee on the front deck with view of the lake. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms and home sleeps 9 people. Play pen and high chair available. Whether it’s going to the beach, ice fishing, walking along the path or going out for for supper, everything is steps away from our home. Sylvan Lake offers a number of great restaurants, water activities, golf, go carts, ice fishing, shopping and local artisans.

A lovely vintage home close to the beach. Very clean and included all amenities needed plus extras! Unique antiques throughout every room.New linens and towels all in great condition.Every time we were looking for something we found it! Even a tea pot!

We had a wonderful time in Sylvan Lake and the house was everything we could have asked for. We love to cook and the kitchen was so well equipped it was amazing. We were steps from the beach and only a half a block from the shops and restaurants on the main drive.

We had a lovely stay. Beds are comfortable and house is a beautiful older home with a few quirks and lovely charm. Jeff is very responsive when we had a few questions about AC units. Kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Loved having butter and spices and condiments that you don’t often get and are handy when eating at vacation homes.

Lovely place to stay in Sylvan Lake...

This is a very cute place to stay in Sylvan Lake. One thing to note... while there are four bedrooms, the two bunk bed rooms are probably better suited for children than adults.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great. So easy to wagon the kids over to the lake where we spent most of our days. It's also right next to a Shoppers and an excellent coffee shop down the street. House is an older home but was extremely cozy and had everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals on the BBQ outside which was awesome. Was an excellent stay for my parents, my sister, wife and 2 kids. A great getaway when you're travelling with a group or large family. We will definitely be coming back.

Great stay!

Beautiful home and great location with a quick walk to the lake and main street restaurants. Nice touch that there are some games, kids books, dog food bowls and a long leash in the backyard. One thing that would be nice to have added is some drapes over top of the blinds in the room with the king size bed as the west sun brings lots of heat into the room even with the blinds and early summer the sun is up so late some extra darkness would have been nice. Overall wonderful place!

Friend's wedding weekend

We had such a great time in Sylvan and Beachy Keen was exactly what we needed. We had 4 adults over the weekend and the house had 3 full washrooms which made it so easy for us to get ready for our friend's wedding. The welcome snacks were a nice added touch as well :)

Comfortable and tasteful

Completely renovated, but kept as much of the orginal home as possible. The decor was lovely with pictures and knick knacks throughout. My friends and I really appreciated the great linens and all the little extras. Chocolates in our rooms,coffee and a welcome basket. It was a wonderful place for our golf get away. Thanks so much.

A perfect blend of vintage charm with all the modern touches.

There were 4 of us staying at this charming home. Everything about the house just "worked". It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms nicely kitted out, lots of space for us to bring in our instruments and rehearse. The location is quiet but also very close to everything one could need. We all really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Phenomenal facilities, close to downtown and the lake. Well set up as we were able to.host family/friend bbqs for rehearsal dinners for a large group of people without having to purchase anything but food. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much.
