“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a huge parking lot next door which is very convenient.”

“Great place to stay off the strip. Very nice property and the grounds are amazing. Food was good, not great. No real lounges onsite except a small one in one of the restaurants. Only negative is they allow smoking in side of the casino, the other is smoke free but it makes no difference, the whole floor stunk. Was surprised a JW would allow this. We dont gamble so we only walked through the area. Will stay again.”

“The room and grounds were all clean and check in was smooth and cordial. The morning of my departure, I used the iron provided in the room and on the first stroke it soiled and stained my white dress shirt. The underside of the iron had a sticky and dark substance near the steam holes at the top and left a brown smear on my shirt. I delivered the soiled and faulty iron to the front desk clerk. She offered to have the shirt cleaned, however it was my only shirt and seemed permanently stained.”

“Only good thing was how close it is to allegiant stadium. Checked in and immediately left to concert. Being that I didn’t check my room before hand I didn’t notice the bath tub rusting, the cockroaches, the hole in the sheets, or the smell of smoke in my non smoking room. Oh and the full size beds in my queen room. I was physically in the room maybe an hour and they refused to even give me a partial refund. Drove home to California at 4 am”

“Staff was great and helped in checking us in since we were arriving later in the evening. The room was really nice and we appreciated the location to nearby businesses. The only downside was the breakfast, other than that, I would recommend staying here.”

“This hotel experience was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. The woman at the front desk greeted us with an awful attitude — visibly angry, rude, unprofessional, and acting like our presence was an inconvenience. After a long trip, the last thing anyone expects is to be treated with hostility the second they walk in. The negative energy started immediately at check-in. “We have enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is extremly friendly and helpfull. This time we hade no trouble using the pool, however it is small for so many Condos. It was very peacefull, The majority of people staying here were 50+ pensioners, bikers and hikers.”
