“The check-in staff are rude and horrible. Words like "the lobby is not the living room of the guest" and "you cannot be here" were spoken within 5 seconds of entering the lobby the first day! It doesnt matter what the check-in staff previously have experienced they should not speak to guest like that. Horrible! Staff in the bar/restaurant are really sweet and service minded. The other hotel staff are doing their best to get the hotel back after the covid. But the receptionist staff. Horrible at...

“Trevlig personal med suveränt bemötande! Rent och fint hotell. Vi bodde i juniorsuite 4 personer vilken var bra med mycket plats för alla saker som man har på skidsemester. Bra frukost. Kvällsbuffen var bra, men ljudnivån mycket hög. ”
