“The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service.”

“This hotel works for a nights stay, but not much more. It’s close to the beach, but the beach is not very nice. Overall pretty clean, though there was a cockroach in the window at arrival. The guy at the front desk wasn’t too thrilled when I arrived at 10.30 pm, but maybe he had a bad day, or I looked shady. ”

“I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

“This hotel is scam , because they would take your money when you don’t safe at the hotel . So you at for a refund . The manger will not call you back to her about your situation. I asked to be moved and they couldn’t because they only had one room left and that was the room they gave me . I asked to be moved because my room had to much traffic in front of my room . The manger ask the people or either told the people to stand somewhere else . One of the people that were staying there didn’t like...
