“The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance to most everything you need. Down hill and x-country skiing was exceptional, the hot tub and heated pool was used daily. Roger was very quick to respond and made our trip enjoyable. The were even dog toys for our pet.”

“Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. Rental is very clean and modern throughout. The owner, Erick, is very kind and a good communicator. We had a great time and hope to return again soon!”

“Beautiful surrounding property and cozy place to stay. We enjoyed snowshoeing on the property and skiing at winter park (20-minute drive away). The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a heater, comfortable mattress, and small kitchen area. The owners and neighbors were very kind and helped us get our car out of a snowbank after sliding in the driveway. I would definitely recommend staying here as opposed to the pricy resort hotels.”

“This place is Adorable, it is secluded but with only short scenic drive to Estes Park! There are trails nearby & a cute local restaurant that has great food and drinks. My husband and I would make a cocktail and turn on some quiet music, and spend the evening in the hot tub after hiking. The outdoor hot tub is technically shared, but felt private with pretty lights for a nice ambiance. It was great. I would 100% go back.”

“The property was very comfortable. Not fancy but much like home. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything I needed was provided. While I didn't use them, there were many books and movies available for use. Mike and Kim were incredibly helpful with removing the snow from the parking space. “Property was clean and as advertised. Very good location within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, ski rentals and the bus line the WP resort. The main areas property was under some construction for new floors in the hallways and such (not the unit itself, but the actual complex) but I’d anticipate that being done soon. The covered parking was very nice in the winter and it was only 5 mins to winter park resort.”

“Visited for 4th of July week. Was not able to communicate with host manager to ensure we could arrive past 8PM, several un responsive texts and emails. Front desk was incredibly unwelcoming and did not make us feel excited to arrive after an 8 hour drive. The room was as described in the listing and very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable. Lots of extra blankets which was a plus. The kitchen was adequate for what we needed which was cooking breakfasts and getting to go lunches...

“This is a clean simple condo that is close to a shuttle stop near winter park. I stayed for 3 nights and had no issues. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors. That being said, overall I had a great stay!”

“This place is absolutely amazing. Hidden in the gorgeous mountains and surrounded by the fragrant picturesque evergreens… it does not disappoint. There is the utmost attention to detail that just puts the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved the treehouse. It is a memory we will never forget, and we hope to come back again soon. (haven’t decided yet if we actually want to share this treasure with the kids or not!) It was worth every penny!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The rental is conveniently located close to the beautiful town of Grand Lake which we love. We had plenty of space and everything was just as described. We had no issues, communication with the host was easy, we hated to leave. Hope to stay again!!!”
