Hello, I'm very sorry we did not have late check outs available for your stay, unfortunately there are a limited quantity daily. I'm looking into why our Renovation notice is no longer active for Expedia, Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I apologize construction noise was a problem they should not start that early and I will address it with our crew.
